Roy Barni (Roy Bruno Barni) was born on February 15, 1927 in San Francisco, California. After going to high school at Galileo (San Francisco, CA), Barni attended the University of San Francisco. Barni made his professional debut in the NFL in 1952 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played for the Chicago Cardinals, Washington Redskins and Philadelphia Eagles over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that 1952 was Roy Barni's best year, as he picked off 6 passes.
