Roy Banks (Roy F. Banks) was born on February 19, 1965 in Detroit, Michigan. After going to high school at Martin Luther King (Detroit, MI), Banks attended Eastern Illinois University. Banks made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Indianapolis Colts. He played for the Indianapolis Colts for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1988 was Roy Banks's best year.
