Rowland Office (Rowland Johnie Office) was born on October 25, 1952 in Sacramento, California. He made his Major League debut on August 5, 1972 for the Atlanta Braves. In 1974, his rookie year, he hit .246 with 3 home runs and 31 RBI. Office played for the Atlanta Braves, Montreal Expos and New York Yankees over the course of his 11 year career.
