Rosie Manning (Roosevelt Manning) was born on May 31, 1950 in Wichita Falls, Texas. After going to high school at Washington (Wichita Falls, TX), Manning attended Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College. Manning made his professional debut in the NFL in 1972 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons and Philadelphia Eagles over the course of his 4 year career.
