Roosevelt Collins (Roosevelt Collins) was born on January 25, 1968 in Shreveport, Louisiana. After going to high school at Booker T. Washington (Shreveport, LA), Collins attended Texas Christian University. Collins made his professional debut in the NFL in 1992 with the Miami Dolphins. He played for the Miami Dolphins for his entire 1 year career.
