Roosevelt Barnes (Roosevelt Barnes, Jr.) was born on August 3, 1958 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. After going to high school at Fort Wayne (IN), Barnes attended Purdue University. Barnes made his professional debut in the NFL in 1982 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Detroit Lions for his entire 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1983 was Roosevelt Barnes's best year.
