Ron Spears (Ronald Darnell Spears) was born on November 23, 1959 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at John Marshall (Hollywood, CA), Spears attended East Los Angeles JC and San Diego State University. Spears made his professional debut in the NFL in 1982 with the New England Patriots. He played for the New England Patriots for his entire 2 year career.
