Ron Sabal (Ronald Joseph Sabal) was born on July 23, 1936 in Chicago, Illinois. After going to high school at St. Rita (Chicago, IL), Sabal attended Purdue University. Sabal made his professional debut in the AFL in 1960 with the Oakland Raiders. He played for the Oakland Raiders for his entire 2 year career.
