Born on November 26, 1956 in San Pedro, California, Ron Meridith (Ronald Knox Meridith) played for the Chicago Cubs and Texas Rangers over the course of his 4 year career. Meridith broke into the bigs on September 16, 1984 with the Chicago Cubs.
