Ron Bolton (Ronald Clifton Bolton) was born on April 16, 1950 in Petersburg, Virginia. After going to high school at Peabody (Petersburg, VA), Bolton attended Norfolk State University. Bolton made his professional debut in the NFL in 1972 with the New England Patriots. He played for the Cleveland Browns and New England Patriots over the course of his 11 year career.
Most people believe that 1974 was Ron Bolton's best year, as he picked off 7 passes.
