Rollie Williams (Rolland Franklin Williams) was born on October 11, 1897 in Edgerton, Wisconsin. After going to high school at Edgerton (WI), Williams attended the University of Wisconsin. Williams made his professional debut in the NFL in 1923 with the Racine Legion. He played for the Racine Legion for his entire 1 year career.
