Roland Williams (Roland Lamar Williams) was born on April 27, 1975 in Rochester, New York. After going to high school at East (Rochester, NY), Williams attended Syracuse University. Williams made his professional debut in the NFL in 1998 with the St. Louis Rams. He played for the St. Louis Rams, Oakland Raiders and Tampa Bay Buccaneers over the course of his 8 year career.
Most people believe that 1999 was Roland Williams's best year, as he caught 6 TD passes.
