Roland Mitchell (Roland Earl Mitchell) was born on March 15, 1964 in Columbus, Texas. After going to high school at Bay City (TX), Mitchell attended Texas Technical University. Mitchell made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Green Bay Packers, Phoenix Cardinals, Buffalo Bills and Atlanta Falcons over the course of his 8 year career.

Most people believe that 1992 was Roland Mitchell's best year.
