Born on October 6, 1954 in Amsterdam, New York, Roger Weaver (Roger Edward Weaver) played for the Detroit Tigers for his entire 1 year career. Weaver broke into the bigs on June 6, 1980 with the Detroit Tigers, and put up a 4.10 ERA in 63.2 innings pitched in 1980, his rookie year.
