Now that I've done my good deed and posted the news, I can ask: Why in the name of Vince Lombardi Ben Roethlisberger agree to talk to Jim Rome first?!?!?!

I was ready to watch the interview till I saw Rome was doing it. You'll hear more of Rome talking and thinking he is great than about what happened to Roethlisberger.

It just occured to me that Roethlisberger DOES have a major head injury. That could explain it.

Maybe since he was "seconds from death" with the accident he now has a dare devil complex and talking to Jim Rome was the scariest thing he could think of to fill his fix.

Yeah, too bad that Jim Rome actually gives a good interview and asks the tough questions, huh?

I was suprised he wasn't marked up at all. I think he might have a lot of makeup going on, too.

Yeah, but even with the slight affects on the eye he looks in pretty good shape for a guy who was thrown for a bike just a few weeks ago.

The Steelers still didnt hear what they wanted; that Big Ben wouldn't ride again.

Anybody ever notice that when Rome talks, he touches all of his finger tips together? between that and the way he ends every sentence, I can't stand him.
