Rodger Kiley (Rodger Joseph Kiley) was born on October 23, 1900 in Chicago, Illinois. Kiley attended the University of Notre Dame. Kiley made his professional debut in the NFL in 1923 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played for the Chicago Cardinals for his entire 1 year career.
