Rod Stephens (Rodrequis La'Vant Stephens) was born on June 14, 1966 in Atlanta, Georgia. After going to high school at North Fulton (Atlanta, GA), Stephens attended Georgia Institure of Technology. Stephens made his professional debut in the NFL in 1989 with the Seattle Seahawks. He played for the Seattle Seahawks and Washington Redskins over the course of his 8 year career.

Most people believe that 1993 was Rod Stephens's best year, as he ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
