Rod Milstead (Roderick Leon Milstead) was born on November 10, 1969 in Washington, District Of Columbia. After going to high school at Lackey (Indian Head, MD), Milstead attended Delaware State University. Milstead made his professional debut in the NFL in 1994 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the San Francisco 49ers and Washington Redskins over the course of his 6 year career.
