Rod Booker (Roderick Stewart Booker) was born on September 4, 1958 in Los Angeles, California. He made his Major League debut on April 29, 1987 for the St. Louis Cardinals. In 1990, his rookie year, he hit .221 with 0 home runs and 10 RBI. Booker played for the St. Louis Cardinals and Philadelphia Phillies over the course of his 5 year career.
