Rod Allen (Roderick Bernet Allen) was born on October 5, 1959 in Los Angeles, California. He made his Major League debut on April 7, 1983 for the Seattle Mariners. Allen played for the Seattle Mariners, Detroit Tigers and Cleveland Indians over the course of his 3 year career.
