Robert Mathis (Robert Nathan Mathis) was born on February 26, 1981 in Atlanta, Georgia. After going to high school at McNair (Atlanta, GA), Mathis attended Alabama A&M University. Mathis made his professional debut in the NFL in 2003 with the Indianapolis Colts. He has played for the Indianapolis Colts for his entire 4 year career.
Most people believe that 2004 was Robert Mathis's best year, as he recorded 10.5 sacks and recovered 3 opponents fumbles.
