Robert Lyons (Robert Louis Lyons, Jr.) was born on May 16, 1966 in Wheeling, West Virginia. After going to high school at St. Clairesville (OH), Lyons attended the University of Akron. Lyons made his professional debut in the NFL in 1989 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Cleveland Browns for his entire 1 year career.
