Robert Blakley (Robert Ervin Blakley) was born on September 20, 1959 in St. Paul, Minnesota. After going to high school at Central (St. Pail, MN), Blakley attended North Dakota State University. Blakley made his professional debut in the NFL in 1982 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs for his entire 1 year career.
