Robert Banks (Robert Nathan Banks) was born on December 10, 1963 in Williamsburg, Virginia. After going to high school at Hampton (VA) and Peninsula Catholic (Newport News, VA), Banks attended the University of Notre Dame. Banks made his professional debut in the NFL in 1988 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Cleveland Browns and Houston Oilers over the course of his 3 year career.

Most people believe that 1989 was Robert Banks's best year.
