Born on November 28, 1969 in San Pedro, California, Robb Nen (Robert Allen Nen) played for the Texas Rangers, Florida Marlins and San Francisco Giants over the course of his 10 year career. Nen broke into the bigs on April 10, 1993 with the Texas Rangers, and put up a 6.75 ERA in 56 innings pitched in 1993, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Robb Nen's best season was 1998, when he posted a 1.52 ERA, notched 40 saves and struck out 110 batters.
