Rob Spicer (Robert Edward Spicer) was born on July 20, 1951 in Detroit, Michigan. After going to high school at Lee M. Thurston (Detroit, MI), Spicer attended Indiana University. Spicer made his professional debut in the NFL in 1973 with the New York Jets. He played for the New York Jets for his entire 1 year career.
