River City Rivalry

The River City Rivalry is a College football Rivalry between the University of Cincinnati and the University of Pittsburgh

The rivalry trophy was started in 2005 when Cincinnati joined the Big East Conference. The trophy is comprised of a riverboat telegraph--a device for signaling the engine room--and a silhouette of the Ohio River. The trophy was designed by Trophy Awards Manufacturing, Inc. by UC alums Rob Busch and Karl Wallick and constructed by Randy Corbett.
