The Rays announced that they will forfeit games later this week rather than gas-up the team's charter plane and travel to California.

Yeah, the team told me about it last week they were thinking about it... Silverman basically said "Yup, that sucks" and then he asked me to split the charity bid cost with him...

I'm seriously considering taking my family to see the Rays in Anaheim/hit Disneyland (ugh) in Aug during a Tampa-Boston-Seattle-Anaheim-Tampa trip. HOW are they gonna afford THAT trip? Wait... how am I??? (Caulkin face 'good years')
