Ricky Wesson (Ricky Charles Wesson) was born on June 29, 1955 in Dallas, Texas. After going to high school at South Oak Cliff (Dallas, TX), Wesson attended Southern Methodist University. Wesson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1977 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs for his entire 1 year career.
