Ricky Smith (Ricky Smith) was born on July 20, 1960 in Quincy, Florida. After going to high school at James A. Shanks (Quincy, FL), Smith attended Alabama State University. Smith made his professional debut in the NFL in 1982 with the New England Patriots. He played for the New England Patriots, Detroit Lions and Washington Redskins over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1983 was Ricky Smith's best year, as he had 916 kick return yards.
