Ricky Nelson (Ricky Lee Nelson) was born on May 8, 1959 in Eloy, Arizona. He made his Major League debut on May 17, 1983 for the Seattle Mariners. In 1983, his rookie year, he hit .254 with 5 home runs and 36 RBI. Nelson played for the Seattle Mariners for his entire 4 year career.
