Ricky Hunley (Ricky Cardell Hunley) was born on November 11, 1961 in Petersburg, Virginia. After going to high school at Petersburg (VA), Hunley attended the University of Arizona. Hunley made his professional debut in the NFL in 1984 with the Denver Broncos. He played for the Denver Broncos, Los Angeles Raiders and Phoenix Cardinals over the course of his 7 year career.

Most people believe that 1987 was Ricky Hunley's best year, as he ran back an interception for a touchdown.
