Ricky Andrews (Richard Guy Andrews) was born on April 14, 1966 in Western Samoa. After going to high school at University (Mililani, HI), Andrews attended the University of Washington. Andrews made his professional debut in the NFL in 1990 with the Seattle Seahawks. He played for the Seattle Seahawks for his entire 1 year career.
