Rickey Parks (Richard Parks) was born on February 19, 1964. Parks attended the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. Parks made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Minnesota Vikings. He played for the Minnesota Vikings for his entire 1 year career.
