Rick Newbill (Richard Arthur Newbill) was born on February 8, 1968 in Camden, New Jersey. After going to high school at Clearview (Mullica Hill, NJ), Newbill attended Bakersfield CC and the University of Miami. Newbill made his professional debut in the NFL in 1990 with the Seattle Seahawks. He played for the Seattle Seahawks for his entire 3 year career.
