Rick Kehr (Karl Richard Kehr) was born on June 18, 1959 in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Larkin (Elgin, IL), Kehr attended Carthage College. Kehr made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins for his entire 1 year career.
