Rick Gervais (Richard P. Gervais) was born on November 4, 1959 in Bend, Oregon. After going to high school at Bend (OR), Gervais attended Stanford University. Gervais made his professional debut in the NFL in 1981 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the San Francisco 49ers for his entire 3 year career.

Most people believe that 1983 was Rick Gervais's best year.
