Rick Eber (Richard Lee Eber) was born on April 17, 1945 in Torrance, California. After going to high school at Redondo Beach (CA), Eber attended El Camino JC and the University of Tulsa. Eber made his professional debut in the NFL in 1968 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played in the NFL for 2 years, playing for the San Diego Chargers and Atlanta Falcons over the course of his 2 year NFL career.Eber also played in the AFL for 1 year, playing for the San Diego Chargers the entire time.
Most people believe that 1969 was Rick Eber's best year.
