Rick Druschel (Richard Dennis Druschel) was born on January 15, 1952 in Elwood City, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Hempfield Area (Greensburg, PA), Druschel attended North Carolina State University. Druschel made his professional debut in the NFL in 1974 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers for his entire 1 year career.
