Born on December 24, 1878 in Paris, Texas, Rick Adams (Reuben Alexander Adams) played for the Washington Senators for his entire 1 year career. Adams broke into the bigs on July 13, 1905 with the Washington Senators, and put up a 3.59 ERA in 62.2 innings pitched in 1905, his rookie year.
