Richmond Webb (Richmond Jewel Webb) was born on January 11, 1967 in Dallas, Texas. After going to high school at Franklin D. Roosevelt (Dallas, TX), Webb attended Texas Agricultural and Mechanical University. Webb made his professional debut in the NFL in 1990 with the Miami Dolphins. He played for the Miami Dolphins and Cincinnati Bengals over the course of his 13 year career.
