Richmond Flowers (Richmond McDavid Flowers, Jr.) was born on June 13, 1947 in Montgomery, Alabama. After going to high school at Sidney Lanier (Montgomery, AL), Flowers attended the University of Tennessee. Flowers made his professional debut in the NFL in 1969 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that 1972 was Richmond Flowers's best year, as he picked off 4 passes.
