Born on January 25, 1966 in Muncie, Indiana, Richie Lewis (Richie Todd Lewis) played for the Baltimore Orioles, Florida Marlins, Detroit Tigers, Oakland Athletics and Cincinnati Reds over the course of his 7 year career. Lewis broke into the bigs on July 31, 1992 with the Baltimore Orioles, and put up a 3.26 ERA in 77.1 innings pitched in 1993, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Richie Lewis's best season was 1993, when he posted a 3.26 ERA and struck out 65 batters.
