Richard Williams (Richard Williams) was born on August 13, 1960 in Eustis, Florida. After going to high school at Eustis (FL), Williams attended the University of Memphis. Williams made his professional debut in the NFL in 1983 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Houston Oilers and Atlanta Falcons over the course of his 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1983 was Richard Williams's best year.
