Born on September 15, 1968 in Nacogdoches, Texas, Rich Robertson (Richard Wayne Robertson) played for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Minnesota Twins and Anaheim Angels over the course of his 6 year career. Robertson broke into the bigs on April 30, 1993 with the Pittsburgh Pirates, and put up a 3.83 ERA in 51.2 innings pitched in 1995, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Rich Robertson's best season was 1996, when he struck out 114 batters.
