Born on March 24, 1937 in Berkeley, California, Dick Egan (Richard Wallis Egan) played for the Detroit Tigers, California Angels and Los Angeles Dodgers over the course of his 4 year career. Egan broke into the bigs on April 9, 1963 with the Detroit Tigers.
