Richard Stevens (Richard Glenn Stevens) was born on February 23, 1949 in Dublin, Texas. After going to high school at Dublin (TX), Stevens attended Baylor University. Stevens made his professional debut in the NFL in 1970 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 5 year career.
