Richard Bell (Richard Arron Bell) was born on May 3, 1967 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at John Muir (Pasadena, CA), Bell attended the University of Nebraska. Bell made his professional debut in the NFL in 1990 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers for his entire 1 year career.
