Rich Turner (Richard Junior Turner) was born on February 14, 1959 in Hugo, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Edmond (OK), Turner attended the University of Oklahoma. Turner made his professional debut in the NFL in 1981 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 3 year career.

Most people believe that 1983 was Rich Turner's best year.
