Rich Stephens (Richard Scott Stephens) was born on January 1, 1965 in St. Louis, Missouri. After going to high school at Northwest (House Springs, MO), Stephens attended the University of Tulsa. Stephens made his professional debut in the NFL in 1993 with the Los Angeles Raiders. He played for the Oakland Raiders and Los Angeles Raiders over the course of his 2 year career.
